MANISH MAKHIJA obtained his degree of law from the University of Delhi in the year 1999. Since then he had been practising in the courts both in the civil and criminal sides. Dr. V.P. JUNEJA is a fellow of Southwestern Legal Foundation, Dallas, Texas, USA and a seasoned corporate lawyer having almost forty year of experience at his command. He had his orientation at Union Carbide Corporation, New York and worked as Area Attorney Union Carbide Eastern Inc, Hong Kong. He also made significant contribution as Counsel for Union Carbide India Ltd. He was on the panel of the Government of India from 1999 to 2001 for looking after Supreme Court Cases. He has served on the Board of Directors of many companies in India including a subsidiary of a German company. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. He is an alumnus of the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas, USA and also a life ember of Indian Law Institute and Institute of Constitutional & Parliamentary Studies. Dr. Juneja is known for his expertise in the areas of drafting legal documents including various types of agreements like Shareholders, Joint Venture Agreement, and Technology Transfer Agreement involving complex legal propositions. As an advocate he has advised a large number of clients on complex legal issues and represented them before various courts and other forums.

ANIL MALHOTRA ADVOCATE graduated in law in 1972 and registered himself with Delhi Bar Council in the same year. In the course of legal practice spreading over three decades he has provided advisory services to large number of Indian and multinational corporate clients including those involved in execution of large infrastructure projects like road, power, metro rail, water supply and real estate development etc. He has also assisted the foreign companies to set up their plants in India and in preparation and implementation of their schemes of mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients in international commercial arbitration. He is life member of Indian Council of Arbitration and Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies.
